Perfect tea before bedtime. I love this one! So yummy.
The tea smells of cloves and cardamom right off the bat, with orange pretty vivid underneath. the vanilla comes out en force when you steep it. I feel like there's something missing in the taste, though. Maybe it could do with more cinnamon? My batch does have that weird pharmaceutical aftertaste rooibos will sometimes have, though. it's especially marked when it's iced.
A little goes a long way! This tea is PERFECT for fall and winter, very yummy and is delicious with milk :o)
I'd never tried a rooibos-based chai before but figured it couldn't be too horrible because I like rooibos in general. It smells CRAZILY VANILLA but don't let it scare you, this chai is pretty spicy. There's a lot of cardamom (maybe to compensate for how mellow rooibos is?) and personally I'd never drink it straight but after throwing in some honey and milk it's pretty tasty!
Nice and spicy (although, I wouldn't have minded a bit more vanilla).
An excellent, earthy sort of chai blend with just a lingering bite of spice. However, the rooibos does crowd out the vanilla notes a bit too much. I found that the addition of milk mellowed the whole thing down enough to balance all the flavors. Overall this is a very pleasant blend, not overly spicy. The rooibos is a nice touch. Would recommend to chai lovers who are looking for something interesting.
This tea was amazing. And I don't usually like rooisbos.
This tea was good and I would order it again, but I would try another different kind first as it wasn't quite the creamy tasting chai that I love.
I don't generally like rooibos, but in the name of finding a decaf chai I can drink after 2pm I tried this. It's great! The chai balances with the rooibos for an excellent flavor.
I have to say this was disappointing for a chai tea. It had the flavor of ginger snaps and while that may be okay for a cookie, not my favorite for a tea. This would probably be better blended with a black vanilla tea.
I am a big fan of chai and rooibos tea, so this is kind of a no brainer for me. Love the spices, and because it's caffeine free it makes a nice, warming evening drink.

I'm not a huge fan of most of adagio's chai, but I like the vanilla notes to this one. It's not too spicy and it's great with a lot of milk.
Chai tea lovers, rejoice! I've found your chai! This one's great, spicy and bold. One of the great things, though, is it's rooibos-based, so no caffeine. This means you can have that cup o' Chai right before nighty-night. I prefer mine sweetened with cream. Excellent chai--our whole family loves it and it's definitely on the re-order list.
I'm not typically a rooibos fan but I love chai and I love vanilla so I figured I would try it! I would definitely reccommend it to someone who isn't in love with rooibos tea, it's a good transition into the style
This was good, but I was slightly disappointed. I was hoping that the flavors would be stronger.
This tea wasn't my favorite chai, but still good overall. The spice really comes through quite strong. I like this tea in blends, but I guess I prefer chai teas of the black variety.

Spicy and sweet, light and somehow with a depth of flavor that is equally delicious iced or hot. While I was not totally sold on rooibos tea before, this excellent chai has utterly convinced me of its deliciousness.
This tea is a nice blend of the smoothness of vanilla and the spice of chai. It is one of my favorites alone and in blends.

Incredibly warm and comforting. I'm a huge fan of Cara McGee's 'Mycroft Holmes' blend, but to get down to the basics of the rooibos vanilla chai was a pleasant surprised. I received this as a sample addition included with a recent order, and I will definitely have to strongly consider getting more tea...

Rooibos vanilla chai is amazing. It has a wonderful aroma and my daughters love it.
I was trying to decide between this one and the masala chai and ended up going with the vanilla. I think this was a mistake. I like my chais to have a bit of a kick to them, and this one smelled of spices but the taste was so smooth and sweet. It doesn't taste bad, I just regret purchasing 3 oz of it instead of the sample size. I would recommend adding more than two tsp per 8 oz if you like your chais on the stronger side.
Made it with Almond Milk and it was ok. I shared it with a friend and she really liked it.
Love this tea! I tried it first with a sample and used up every last bit of it before I could get more.
It was good but I wish the vanilla flavor was stronger. The main flavor was clove. Great substitute to egg nog when steeped in hot milk.
I love masala chai, I love rooibos. This should have been a match made in heaven, but sadly this wasn't for me. While not bad, it didn't pack the spicy punch that I like in my masala chai, so I found something lacking in this. Still worth a try though.
This is perfect at night when I want a strong taste with no caffeine. It also mixes well with other teas to add a good chai flavor. Unfortunately, it takes a couple of spoonfuls to really get the flavor so it's more expensive than a lot of other options.
This a great chai when you want something that tastes like a dessert! It blends very well with either chocolate or caramel tea, or both if you want it feel like a special treat.
When you open the bag, the smell is amazing. It's a pale shade of brown when steeped. Good vanilla chai. Not the best, but still delicious.

I love this tea. It was my first foray into the rooibos teas and it was a rousing success.
I use this tea as an herbal remedy of sorts. I find it useful when I have a sore throat or have nasal issues having a cup of this tea really helps elevate those symptoms, it has gotten to the point where several co-worker ask for a cup when they are feeling under the weather. The tea is also quite good when you are feeling normal as well.

I love this stuff. Seriously! All of the spiciness of a regular chai blend, none of the caffeine. The vanilla is not a pronounced element.

Tried this tea at various steeping times. I found it insipid until the finish when it tasted too much of ginger. I really wanted to taste more vanilla.
I love chai, but sometimes have to avoid having it when I want if I've had a few cups of caffeinated tea already that day (oh the agonies of being a tea fanatic with a caffeine sensitivity!). Now, I'm thrilled that I can still have a great chai any time I want. The ingredients are very well balanced, and I particularly love the inclusion of both cloves and cardamon pods(I like my chai on the slightly bitterer side). My only real 'complaint' is that the vanilla gets a bit overpowered if you brew it too long.
My favorite chai tea I've gotten from Adagio so far. It's light and brisk on the tongue and feels refreshing with the bold mix of cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla.
Everything I love is in one cup. The vanilla balances out the chai and cloves well giving it a wonderful sweetness. Don't put too much sugar in it, because it can go too sweet.
This is a fantastic vanilla tea that fits in perfectly with the holidays. When you open the bag and smell it you know its going to be wonderful. Makes me think of sugar cookies and fuzzy socks. Its perfect by itself, I would not disrupt the flavors or scents with lemon or added sugars.
I love chai and I love vanilla. I was looking for a replacement for the White Ayurvedic Chai from Teavana and I think I found it! The White Chai from Adagio is too gingery for my tastes. This has a good balance of chai spices with a hint of vanilla. I was a little worried about the rooibos because I was not a fan of the apple cinnamon rooibos but the rooibos undertones in this tea are very pleasant. My favorite chai from Adagio.
