Solid chai tea with a vanilla flavor to it. One of my top choices for chai tras on Adagio.

The orange peel in the rooibis chai is pretty prominent so if you don't like orange in your tea (like Earl Grey) you might want to avoid this.
I absolutely love this tea! I use a little less than the recommended amount (though I steep longer), so it probably comes out milder than full-strength would be, but even so a very comforting tea with just a bit of zip that makes me smile.
Opening the bag, I got a great aroma of ginger. As it steeps, it smells a lot sweeter, warm and a bit peppery. The flavor is also warm and a bit spicy, nice and comforting. A dollop of honey (about 1 tsp) really brings out the vanilla flavor. The strong spice is nice in the morning or afternoon, and a splash of milk cuts the peppery flavor for a nice warm evening treat.
This was very good! I love chai tea, but I'm trying to avoid caffeine. I enjoyed this tea very much.

Thought this would be a similar version to the Masala Chai which is quite lovely. This one is not. I'm not sure if I am disappointed by this one or not. Is fantastic iced with honey, but not for a hot chai tea caffeine free replacement. Maybe hazelnut chai would be better (if it exists)? I wasn't to impressed with the straight up vanilla rooibos (or was it honeybush? I can't remember) and was not impressed with the vanilla in this tea either.
Nice tea. The vanilla is present but doesn't overwhelm the other flavors.

This tea was a perfect indulgent dessert tea to cap off the night with, perfect with a bit of milk and raw sugar, there was a bitter after-note that I just couldn't shake, though.
If I were stuck on a desert island and could only take one tea for the rest of my life, this would be it. I love it day or night and the chai spices warm my heart.
I brewed a regular spoonful and it was horrible. Then I talked to one of my friends who suggested not to brew as much, so I followed her advice and the second time I brewed it using about a teaspoon I think and it was very pleasant.
My other half preferred it more than myself. I felt the flavor to be a bit too creamy in tAste.

I'm not a huge chai fan, but this one sounded like it might be good. And it is. But I can't taste the vanilla. I think the other spices are too strong, and drowns it out. I added some vanilla creamer, and it really didn't seem to make a difference. That said, it's still decent tea.
Solid chai, biggest plus for this over others offered is that it's caffeine free. I haven't tried the decaf black chai but I really like this one so I'll probably just stick with it.

This tea was a little bit too spicy for me. It resembled potpourri- very, very strong and spicy. However, if you like strong spicy teas this is for you!
I enjoy the flavor of this spicy vanilla chai, but learned the hard way that rooibos has estrogenic effects. The vanilla chai is the best of the several rooibos types I tried. But I had to stop drinking this beverage, which is not from the same plant as black, green, or white tea.
This was the first time I have tried chai tea. It was great! The vanilla was strong enough to enjoy but not too strong to enjoy the taste. I will be buying more in the near future.
This tea is SO comforting! The flavor is balanced and a perfect combination of vanilla and chai.
the mix was odd. didn't taste like chi at all to me, the vanilla just didn't fit for me.
I find this tea just ok. I appreciate the uniqueness but I am looking for a more pronounced chai flavor.

This is the tea I purchased when I decided to go on a rooibos (pronounced ROY-bus) binge! So far, this one is my favorite 2 p.m. tea. You know, that time in the afternoon when you crave a goody! I was able to lose 15 pounds substituting sweets with this delicious tea! Awesome!
Delicious! This has the perfect classic chai flavor. I actually wouldn't have guessed at all that this was made with Rooibos instead of a black tea. All the other decaffeinated chai blends I have tried from other companies have been watery on the chai flavor.

This tea was absolutely delicious as an after dinner treat without the caffeine. Very smooth and light.
I am loving this chai. I hadn't found a black tea chai here that I really loved, but this is the perfect before bed chai. I frequently like to have a cuppa before bed and since rooibos doesn't actually have tea, and therefore caffeine, it's the perfect choice. The spice really pops, especially the ginger, which is what makes a great chai in my opinion. And the rooibos blends in nicely with the rest of the flavors. Will most definitely be re-ordering this.
This tea is really delicious, although for the best flavor I always brew about three times as much tea per cup as is recommended. The rooibos vanilla chai is really great on its own, but is also nice when mixed with one of the black chai teas, or with the honeybush hazelnut tea.
This is one of my favorites. Tasted as amazing as it smelled. This is one that i used to order at starbucks and now no longer have to. Highly recommended.
This was a great and subtle blend that was just what the doctor ordered as a gift for my mom
