This is hands down my favorite chai. It isn't too strong and has just the right amount of sweetness.

This is really, really good. I prefer a spicier chai, but this is good as-is. I steep it in water, then add milk for a 1:1 ratio. I didn't need to add any sweetener to this. Next time I might add some crystallized ginger for an extra kick.

Not too crazy about this one, I love chai but much prefer the green and white chai blends. This one is a bit heavy for my taste and though I love chai in general, am crazy about vanilla and dig rooibus this blend is not a favorite.

I'm a little disappointed, and wondering what's different. I previously tried this masala chai as part of their chai sampler, and absolutely loved how strong the spicy flavor was. For some reason, though, the most recent batch I ordered is very weak for some reason. The flavor of the tea definitely overpowers the flavor of the spice, which is extremely disappointing to me. I'm left wondering if there's something wrong with the batch I got. which is a pity since I bought it in bigger bulk this time.
This is the best loose chai I've ever had! Although I find you have to use a little more than 2 tsp and steep it for longer than recommended to get a good strong flavor. I keep the infuser in the entire time and it never gets bitter. Add a little unsweetened soy and perfection! yum.
One of the best blends of chai that I've ever experienced outside of India. My friends who have had this chai with me are always surprised I didn't make the blend myself... It's that good!
The blend of spices in this tea are wonderful. The most important ingredient in the finest chai latte I've ever made!
This is some good stuff. I had originally gotten this as a free sample, and am proud to proclaim that I WILL be buying more of this. I brewed it at first for a few minutes in boiling water, then added quite a bit of milk and let it sit for a few minutes. Even before I added the honey I loved it. The honey brought out even more flavor. My favorite tea from Adagio so far.
(Updated review:) The last batch I got had far too many cloves, and the taste of clove was too dominant.
This is wonderful with some modification. It is similar to my own recipe I have made for years, but it is much more convenient than making chai from scratch, which can be a somewhat labor-intensive task. It lacks the hot peppery dimension I crave in chai. I therefore grind some fresh black pepper into the tea before adding boiling water (ten turns of my pepper mill per 8-ounces of water). I'm happiest with brewing it with two heaping teaspoons per 8 ounces of water, but I allow the infusion to sit in a French press pot for 10 minutes instead of the recommended 5. I add a small splash of heavy cream to modify any bitterness resulting from the longer infusion, and depending on my mood, I may or may not add a bit of sugar. Very good without sweetener.

I'm so-so on a lot of chais but this one is pretty tasty. It definitely has a strong flavor but can be diluted with some milk. A perfect cup for a cold day.

This is an absolutely delicious chai! It has a nice blend of spices that create a very smooth, almost creamy chai instead of a spicy one. One of my favorite teas from adagio.

This is a good blend. I found we had to be careful with brew times on this one too. But if you watch time and drain completely you can get a repeat brew - adding an extra couple minutes brew time for the second pass. Nice blend.

This was the first chai that I ever tried, and it was alright. I brewed a cup and it wasn't horrible, but I only had a few sips before I forgot about it. Good if you like cinnamon and spices though!

I am a converted chai drinker. I didn't care for chai, didn't want to drink chai before. This tea is some kind of strong, but it's supposed to be, and it's absolutely divine with milk. All the spices in the spice orchestra can be heard, and none are stealing the show. Because really, it's not about any of the individual spices with their spice rivalries and their spice drama, it's about the symphony of flavor that they work together to create.
I loved the cinnamon and spicy smell of the masala chai tea! Tastes great with sugar! The only chai teas that I have liked are this one and the chai from the Chicago collection. Thank You!

Comfort in a cup. I like to steep mine in milk or half water then add half milk later.
A nice, smooth flavor. My only complaint is the amount of tea that is recommended per cup. Using two heaping teaspoons, this tea can disappear quite quickly, but the low cost makes this more acceptable.
Nice. Added a little Darjeeling to it and it made a wonderful spicy cup.
I was really hoping for a more biting spice level with this tea. something that really cried out for milk and sugar. I love the Double Spice Chai from Stash and was hoping this would be comparable, but this was pretty mellow. Still a sold chai, though. good spice balance.
