I was hoping this tea would change my mind about chai in general, but it's just not my cup of tea. As far as chai goes, it seems like a winner for those who enjoy that style of tea.

This Chai is awesome! I has hoping to get a chai that was authentic and well balanced, and that is definitely Adagio's masala chai!
The suggested 2 heaping tsp per 8oz water was a little strong for my taste, so I dialed it back to 1-1 1/2 tsp per 8oz water. Delicious! Fresh brewed chai is way better than those chai concentrates at the store. :)
UPDATE: This is still (years later) my favorite chai, and now my 4 year old son is equally as in love. We have to buy the 16oz bag and it is well worth the money!
I really enjoyed this chai - especially when brewed longer and combined with a little vanilla almond milk and a drop of sweetener. Rich, comforting, and made my office smell amazing. Will order again!
I have been an Adagio customer for many years. I have used the Chai teas for a few years now. I use with cinnamon stick and enjoy it a lot. I have also infuse this tea with the Thai Chai for a different experience
I love this tea. It is a wonderful pick me up in the morning, and unlike some chai I have tried in the past, it isn't weak when properly steeped.
Spicy, sweet, delicious...everything a chai ought to be, without all the extra fat and sugar of a coffee shop chai.

A wonderful tea with just the right amount of spice. I would have liked it to be a bit less gingery, but the ginger flavoring isn't overpowering.
Very spicy and tasty, I've learned what I already suspected, I don't like flavored tea. lol. Giving the rest of my bag away, also a warning I still smell this tea in my infuser a week later. I would use a separate brewing device or bags if your just going to experiment with this tea.

This is probably my favorite tea. It has a perfect balance of flavor and is especially amazing when made with milk and sugar.

Best chai tea I've had yet. I think the brand I got from my sister as a present was called Nuni? Nuni was very watered down compared to Adagio's. I can drink this with condensed milk or by itself. Will definitely buy again.
Experimented with the steeping time. I did not use the 2 full tsp and used soy milk instead of milk. It was a perfect cup of tea for me an much less expensive than the other brands for me.
A very good chai tea. Strong flavors but I need to experiment more with steeping times. I'm liking the Thai chai more than the masala. Will update again after more exploration.
This tea had the perfect amount of spice, do wish the tea was a bit stronger.
It took me a little bit to figure out the dynamics of this tea. Once I looked up traditional brewing methods, and added a lot of sugar and half-and-half, I LOVED this tea! I'd never gotten brewed spiced chais to taste like the prepared teas or concentrates, but once I got the milk and sugar amounts right, it was perfect. A new favorite!
My favorite chai! I love this tea! The blend of spices is perfect. It is flavorful and full-bodied, but not too sweet, just what I want in a chai.

This chai is very smooth. It has a great aroma and tastes great mixed with a little milk. My only critique would be that I wished it would be a little stronger. But very solid chai tea.

This is a powerful chai. I drink it in the am to get going. I add milk and honey. I make a second cup with the same leaves from the first cup to get a flavorful but less potent cup of tea. A little of this tea goes a long way.
I loved this tea! It's very flavorful and wholesome. It has a soft cinnamon taste with the masala tea behind it. I definitely recommend it.
I love a good chai, and this one definitely fits that description. Like all good chais, it works great as a latte, but it holds its own without milk too. Wonderful tea.
I use a heaping tablespoon and steep for 12 minutes for a spicy cup of tea and finish it off with milk and sugar. All other brands of chai taste watery in comparison.

This is a very good chai tea. I love chai in the mornings when it is cold. Nothing warms me like hot tea with warming spices. But some chais are definitely better than others. After zooming through my first few ounces, I've just ordered a full pound of this today. I look forward to many, many frosty mornings warming myself with this blend.
This is a great chai! I've tried many chai blends, but Adagio's Masala Chai is a much better, spicier blend, and smoother, without as many harsh peppery or chili-like spices in it. I don't use milk usually (except hot cocoa, and then I use lactase treated milk), and faux milk (soy or almond) just doesn't taste right in tea. I prefer liquid cane sugar to honey (even clover honey has a distinct flavor of its own), and 'Sugar in the Raw' or 'Lyle's Golden Syrup' also have their own flavors, but all sweeteners are pretty much overwhelmed by chai spices.

This is in my top five favorite teas. It's nicely spiced and has a little bit of a kick that to me is distinctly 'chai'. It is the first chai tea that I've truly enjoyed on its own as a tea rather than a tea latte (though it would be outstanding that way, too!). I drink this on a regular basis.

Very smooth but would like more spice taste. I add cardamon, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Spicy and bold. Our whole family likes it. Would prefer just a bit more tea taste, but easily remedied with a teaspoon of black tea.
