Nice additional kick to my iced tea which I heat brew

★★★★★

Have tried many Chai Teas over the years and have found Masala Chai to be the favorite of my wife & I. Great tasting tea at a reasonable cost, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

★★★★★

A great way to end a hard-working day relaxing with a cup of this tea fantastic

★★★★★

Fantastic chai! I like to steep it with some sugar crystals and almond milk for a latte-like treat, but it's great by itself. I have also re-steeped it and still gotten great flavor. Nice and spicy.

★★★★★

brews up nicely and love the variant flavors - I have been known to add free cardamon pods to it while brewing. Love that cardamon! Small amount of Stevia and a lil cream or milk - delightful!

★★★★★

This is by far my favorite spiced tea. I drink a cup with milk and sugar almost daily. The directions on the package are pretty spot on. The only comment I'll make is that I always preheat whatever I'm steeping in. I tend to go for the full 10 minutes, and it can cool off quite a bit in that time if the mug/pot aren't heated.

Also, be sure to store in an air tight container (the Adagio bags are great, but with the larger order size the seals fail eventually). I know this is a general rule for tea storage, but this one will lose a ton of flavor if you leave it open to the air.

I did like this tea! I love Chai. Somehow I wish this was a lot stronger though. I will order this again and probably add more cinnamon and cloves.

★★★★☆

Flavor-wise Masala Chai is one of the best chai teas I have tried. The blend of spices is just right. Sometimes chais have too much cinnamon, other times chais have too much cloves. Masala chai is just right, giving you all the traditional chai flavors without one note being too overpowering. Unfortunately, it was a bit weak for my liking. I prefer a fuller-bodied flavor accompanying the spice blend. I tried adding more tea and it helped a bit, but not enough. I think it would take significantly more than recommended per cup to get the flavor I am looking for so it is just not cost effective for me.

★★★★★

My favorite chai tea. Nothing else (other brands of chai) compares to it for me. I drink it plain with no additions.

★★★★★

One of the best chai teas that I have tasted. This tea doesn't need anything added to it, it's good and spicy by itself.

★★★★★

This child has a nice nutty flavor that doesn't override the clove but balances nicely. Slightly spicy is a very warm flavor. Sometimes I like this with milk and sometimes I like it just as it is.

★★★★★

I have tried many chai teas and this one is by far the best.

★★★★★

Yeah, I love this, and not just as a teaspoon here and there as a guilty addition on top of my regular daily earl grey. This is a nice bit of warming up in this cold nasty will-you-won't-you weather and the bite of spice adds a of brightness to the day. Most chais are honestly not great - they're a mishmash of tastelessness - but this is excellent.

★★★★★

I make a double batch and add a little milk and makes me taste a Starbucks Latte

Although I typically add sugar to my tea, I always try the tea straight the first time. The aroma of the chai is very strong and spicy - what you would expect from chai! The first sip was a bit too bland for me, so I added my sugar. It was good after that, with a bit of a spicy kick in the back of the throat after each swallow. During my second steep, I tried something I have never been brave enough to do with tea before - I added milk! It made it PERFECT. It didn't diminish the spice that you look for in chai, but it made it smoother and it took away the spicy aftertaste. Will definitely order again!

Brings a great taste when combined with my other black teas

★★★★☆

Its a basic chai, its fairly potent with its spiciness but not overwhelmingly so

★★★★★

One of my favorites from Adagio. I buy this in the largest size and always keep it in my cupboard. If brewed too long it gets very strong. I love the spices. It is my favorite chai.

★★★★★

A delicious cozy treat. Must try for any chai lovers

★★★☆☆

This is ok. Not my favorite Chai. Almost too heavy on the cloves for me and I only used 1 teaspoon per cup @8 minutes. I may try the Pu ehr spice next.

This tea makes a solid base for any mix or match. Good amount of spice.

★★★★★

A stronger chai tea with a really good cinnamon flavor. I use it mostly in iced tea with a different black or green tea and it comes out really nice.

★★★☆☆

Lots of whole spices but the cinnamon flavor is overpowring

I just can't figure out how to do chai right. Its either too weak or so strong it makes my mouth itchy.

★★★★★

Nice flavor. Very good hot tea. Finally a chai with notable spices.

★★★★☆

This is the first chai I have bought from Adagio. Its similar to other Chai's I have tasted. Its growing on me and I think its a great change of pace from my habitual early grays.

Hands down the best pre-made masala chai teas to be purchased. If you can't make your own blend this one is the best to be found.

★★★★★

Not a Chai fan but love this one! Delicate flavor.

★★★★☆

The best chai I have tasted. It is what chai should taste like. Not to strong, but great flavor. Great with milk, hence latte.

★★★★★

The perfect blend of tea and spices for a great pick me up any time of day. Mixed with a little steamed milk and honey for a great chai latte.

I first received this tea as a free sample. It is fantastic, and I have since ordered a larger packet and have it often. It has a nice warm, spicy flavor that is addictive!

I like this tea but I usually have to mix it with othe chai teas or add some of my own spices

★★★★★

I enjoy this tea with a splash of milk and honey. A mild tea flavor, with a bit of warmth. No bitter tea taste.

★★★★★

Nice blend and like to mix it with black teas or by itself.

★★★★★

This is my second 'go to' tea. Very bold, but not over powering it is a nice afternoon perk me up cup.

★★★★☆

This is a good chai tea. I tend to like mine with a lot of spice in them, while this tea is moderately spiced.

★★★★★

Incredibly spicy (in a good way) without milk, and amazingly smooth when its added! A cozy way to round off the night.

★★★★★

Try it with milk (any kind will do, but I've made it with cow's milk and almond milk), it balances out all the spices and makes for a tasty cup of tea.

Love this chai tea. Added a little sugar and half n half. Wonderful flavor!

★★★☆☆

Much prefer the Pu ehr spice to this one. This tastes one note and somewhat flat compared to the Pu ehr.

★★★★★

One of the best chai teas that I have ever tasted. I don't like my chai to be dominated by cinnamon and this fits the bill. There is a little kick to it as well. I highly recommend trying this tea.

★★★★★

My ultimate favorite! Can't say enough about this tea, just the right amount of spice for a fantastic cuppa.

I had my fair share of masala chai teas since my trip to southeastern Asia. I was reluctant to try another masala chai, but surprisingly enough this tea was the closest to what I've tried in India. I usually drink this with a touch of soy milk and a hint of raw sugar.

Most masala chais fail in two respects: they're not spicy enough and they're predominantly cinnamon. This is the answer to both of those problems. Strong flavour with a medley of warm spices, none of which overwhelm the others. My favourite way to make this is using extra leaves and steeping for a long time for a super strong cup, then sweetening with brown sugar and frothed milk.

★★★★★

I love chai teas and this one will definitely be added to my tea arsenal.

★★★★☆

A very nice, rounded chai. Not the best I've ever encountered, but nothing to shy away from either.

★★★☆☆

This was very nice as a chai - but - to be fair I'm not a fan of chai and consequently not a fair review of it. This one is pleasant and doesn't assault you with spiciness so - for a chai, it is OK for me.

Great smell, good flavor. I highly recommend this tea for those who like chai.

★★★★★

This is a great chai. Full of spices and tastes fantastic.

For years I've been looking for a Chai Tea with a strong flavor and finally have found it!
