This is good tea...a little woody but excellent chai spice
I bought this with the raja olong chai and samurai mate to try and recreate the teavana samurai chai. It's fantastic in the trio and on it's own.
My favorite chia ive tried so far I like it with some vanilla almond milk

I originally got the masala chai as a sampler and fell in love. It has this wonderful warm in the spice. It can easily be complianted by honey and perhaps a little milk. So yummy!!!
I'm not super happy about the tea that is included in this blend. It tends to get bitter and overwhelm the flavor of the spices. Also, I find that I need to add extra ginger to this tea. Overall, all of the spices could be cranked up for my taste, and paired with a different black tea.
This is a wintertime standby for us. I love it most hot with cream, whether it's real cream or a non-dairy substitute.

This tea has a strong flavor. It is very good but, I prefer green chai or white chai.
LOVE this tea. I was a faithful customer of Teavana until they abruptly went out of business and rocked my world. I spent many months trying tea from different companies, until I found Adagio teas and this Masala Chai. It is just as good, if not, better, than the chai I used to order from Teavana!

I love the Roobios Vanilla Chai but wanted something with caffeine as well - did not like this one at all - something in it was too spicy and too strong of a flavor for me - the vanilla chai is much smoother.
This tea is a delicious, flavorful blend. It is a strong tea, yet not too overpowering. I highly recommend adding a bit of sugar and milk for a morning latte. It also tastes very good with a touch of vanilla extract.

I purchased this as a sample, so maybe I got a bad batch, but ugghh not good. I tasted no actual tea in this. It tasted like nothing but the spices and nothing else. The spices were so strong, it was almost undrinkable. And yes, I am very familiar with Chia tea, and have been drinking it for years. I enjoy most teas I get from Adagio, but this was singularly and uniquely the worst tea I received from them.

In an attempt to reproduce Teavana Samurai Chai, I took the advice of a reviewer who suggested mixing equal parts of Masala Chai, Raja Oolong Chai, and Samurai Mate Chai. As I did with the Teavana, I added some Trader Joe's Organic Blue Agave Sweetener, poured in boiling water, and the result was a success. While not an exact replica of the Teavana target, it is quite good and an effective replacement.
So glad I found this company! Masala Chai is the best
This isn't a bad tea if you're not looking for something as intense as chai usually is.
This is what calm happiness tastes like. I love this one. I tried it when I was a new tea drinker back when I was drawn to the more outrageous 'flavored' teas but now that I have gotten older and have settled down, I get that this is a classic!
