The spice of chai with the smoothness of the pumpkin makes this tea so relaxing and flavorful.
Masala Chai spices in an herbal honeybush pumpkin base. Beautiful clear and bright cup, and crisp, tangy-sweet flavor.

The spice of chai with the smoothness of the pumpkin makes this tea so relaxing and flavorful.
I got this tea from my sister for Christmas and it quickly became one of my favorites. It is really delicious with a bit of milk and bit of honey and just the smell of it makes me feel warm and cozy. I like that the tea itself seems sweet even without honey - presumably the honeybush - and so it doesn't need much sweetener and I love the play of flavors. I am not normally a 'pumpkin chai' kind of person but this tea is wonderful. I make a big pot and start drinking it after 5 minutes but I keep adding more water and it seems like the longer it seeps, the better it gets.
I think this was my first foray into honeybush tea, but I am now a big fan. While very similar in flavour to rooibos blends I've had I think the honeybush teas are slightly sweeter. The larger pieces are also much easier to clean from my tea strainer!
On its own, this is too light to turn into a milky Chai tea, but I like to make custom blends like with the Rooibos Pecan Turtle.
I don't really taste the pumpkin flavor - this is just very cinnamon-y. The flavors don't seem to be in harmony and are overpowered by the cinnamon. Would not get again.
Nice blend of the sweet and light honeybush with the spicier chai kick. Still, nothing really draws me back to it.
Had I realized that this was a pumpkin spice chai, rather than a pumpkin chai, I might not have ordered it. That said, it's not bad by any stretch of the imagination.
Plain, this tea is very heavy on the cinnamon flavor, but there's a hint of the other spices shining through to give it depth. I like the vegetal character that is added by the honeybush, and it makes me wonder if a green chai would be good, as well.
As you might know if you've seen my other reviews, adding sugar changes the flavor dynamic. In the case of this particular tea, it brings out the nutmeg without over-emphasizing the cinnamon. It also deepens the honeybush. This was my strong preference.
Adding milk, unfortunately, flattened it out. It just tasted like creamy cinnamon at that point. Which wasn't bad, but it just wasn't as good as it had been prior to adding the milk.
Got this as a sample and enjoyed it fine! My first brush with Honeybush and I'll definitely try another in the future, and while I don't care for chai normally, this one was pretty good.
This is a pleasant tea. Something I enjoy on a weekday afternoon as the last cup I make at work. The subtler flavours are enjoyable and soothing while not being so subtle as to disappear.
this one isn't quite as yummy as I was hoping; the pumpkin flavors don't shine through as much as I'd like
The few times I tried it it ended up rather weak and somewhat flavourless, which was disappointing.
I like this one a lot! Great with a little added sugar.
Not super strong on the pumpkin flavor, but still a perfect tea for fall.
Why does this smell and taste like ginger ale soda? It smells fizzy but tastes lightly sweet even without sweetener. Honestly I can t decide if I like it better hot or cold. Seriously a fantastic blend!
Haven't tried it yet, but I am excited to drink this scrumptious chai.
SO good. If you’re in the mood for chai & like pumpkin, this tea is the way to go.
This was my first Adagio tea and I was not disappointed! Not a huge fan of Rooibos but the Honeybush is so mellow and the chai is on point. Would love a bit more spice for me personally but otherwise perfect. Pumpkin wasn’t in your face but was definitely present.
This is a decent tea with light flavors and very smooth. For me, the pumpkin flavoring overwhelms the spices, which was not what I was looking for.
It’s a decent chai though I’m still not a huge fan of rooibos teas
Very good flavor. Was not sure about it at first but now vowed happy with it.
Nice chai spices with a hint of pumpkin. I’m not sure the perfect pumpkin chia is out there. If it is I haven’t found it yet
The heat of the spices are a very nice surprise. I purchased this tea after the fall season and it's been a nice surprise overall!
When Trader Joe's sold out of their Pumpkin Rooibos tea, I wanted to find something similar. I'm not a huge fan of black tea, which is usually used with pumpkin teas, so I was happy to find this one. It's a lovely flavor of fall though I did add some honey to it for a bit more sweetness.
this was my favorite of the several I got; it smelled amazing and was delicious straight, with a bit of milk, or with milk and sweetener!
This tea is FANTASTIC! I m not even a huge pumpkin flavor fan, and I adore this cozy flavor.
I really enjoyed this one! It’s sweet but not overpowering. I love that I didn’t have to add any honey to this. The spice was just right for me as well!
This is one of the best teas for the fall, but more importantly for the flu/cold season. It has the perfect soothing flavors.
I really like this one. I've tried other pumpkin flavored teas, and they usually miss the mark. This tea, however, had a really lovely pumpkin flavor that wasn't too overpowering or fake tasting. I would definitely purchase this again.
Really pleased with this one--spicy, flavorful, and has a sweetness that is allowing me to drink it without milk or sugar. I used 1.5 tsp and that was just right. I will definitely buy again.
I am a new tea drinker. This tea was recommended to me by a couple friends. I am so glad I listened. I ordered the sample packet, then immediately ordered a larger bag along with a few other samples of fun things to try.
Very good, especially when mixed with a sweeter tea with caramel, butterscotch, or maple notes.
Nice chai. I make it with milk instead of water. Needs to steep longer kind of weak.
a new favorite, definitely ordering in bulk next time I get it!
This is such a great chai. When I want something sweet I drink this and it’s so nutty. Reminds me of a Ferraro rocher candies.
I got this from the Halloween tea box adagio had. I loved the flavor of this chai, so light and sweet so I bought it more. Amazing.
This was just ok for me, I won't be ordering it again.
The pumpkin is subtle, if you are looking for a pumpkin spice this may not be strong enough pumpkin flavor, I will enjoy it year round
I really enjoyed this fall taste. Plus Chai! I think I'll get more next fall.
If you're looking for the perfect fall or early winter tea this is it!
I am warming up to this chia. I’m not a pumpkin fan but it was a nice treat during the fall and into the winter. Although not my favorite of all the chias, this tea should still get a 5 star rating because of the quality of the tea — and not dinged down because of my preferences.
If you like tea that tastes like perfume, buy this tea. The 'natural flavors' are so strong and artificial you cant taste any actual tea. Thy may be 'natural' but they have an overly sickly sweet and overwhelming fake smell and taste. I have used teas that contain 'natural flavors' but never any where the flavoring was so prominent. Your taste buds would have to be dead to find this pleasant. I bought 7 samples because they sounded good, but I should have noted samples are not returnable. I'm stuck with $25 of tea I cant drink. Buy at your own risk.
Great autumn tea! It's our favorite of the chai teas so far.
This tea blew my mind. If you like chai and pumpkin spice, this is the tea for you. It is smooth and a little sweet with the perfect amount of spice!
Very delicious! Great blend of spices and pumpkin tastes
Great flavor. I really didn't get the pumpkin but good nonetheless.
This has a very earthy spicy taste that I love. I generally double the recommended amount to put in the tea bag.
When steeped long enough for the sweet flavor of the honeybush to balance out the spices in this tea blend this makes for fall in a cup! It takes a bit of figuring out how long you personally like to steep this one and trust me it is worth it
I prefer regular Chai tea. This one has good flavor but isn't as strong.
This tea was just ok for me. To me the honeybush was too strong and left a funny after taste.
An amazing sweet and spicy tea that is perfect for fall with some steamed almond milk! A great alternative to the PSL at Starbucks!!
