Nice smooth flavor. The chai spices are very good. Tastes yummy with milk and sugar.
China green tea with a chakra warming spice combination. Clean, refreshing and fiery flavor, soothing finish. Ommm...

Nice smooth flavor. The chai spices are very good. Tastes yummy with milk and sugar.
this tea is great to make chai lattes with!I have gotten so used to it this way that i can't just fix it as tea now. It is definatly a morning tea to get you going. Steap some milk (almond milk is my preference) and combine with this tea and a little honey-perfect morning treat!
Fantastic tea! I've been drinking a cup of this tea with a slice of Gluten Free pumpkin bread I get at the farmers market. An enjoyable time indeed!
This is a good chai but is something that I would not drink every day. Once in awhile I like to have a spicy cup and this is very good for those days.
Enjoyable but not quite as strong as the Rooibos Vanilla Chai. I could develop a taste for this one though.
I enjoyed every cup of this flavor that I brewed, and I went through it quickly. I don't think I will purchase it again though, unless certain other flavors are out of stock. I don't really have a problem with it at all, but being able to get the Spiced Apple Chai for example. for the same price, is more worth it to me. I generally prefer Black Teas, and the added Apple is great to me.
Green Chai is pretty good flavor though for sure, as I stated. I will most likely order more, but not yet.
Made a delicious pot of spiced chai. My daughter and I enjoyed it with with honey and half and half.
This tea is spicy, and a nice alternative to my go-to green teas when I'm in the mood for something different, yet green.
I prefer this over the masala chai. It is relatively balanced in flavor, althought the citrus stands out the most.
Susan is doing this review, not her daughter. An occasional cup of chai is okay, but I could live without it the rest of my life and not feel that I'm missing anything. I'm not sure if this tea had cloves in it, but that is the overall impression I get when drinking it. The green tea taste is not noticeable to me, as the spices overpower it.
I love this tea. I got it to fill in as my morning cuppa as the weather gets warmer and have not been dissappointed. I love the fact that this tea does not just give you the normal "grassy" taste of tea but brings some spice and kick to the table.
When it comes to chai tea, the "spicier" the better, for me. This green chai did not fail to disappoint! It's a lovely jump start to your day or a great way to clear the sinuses during allergy season. I just love this blend!
I used to be a "no-flavor" purist. I would scoff at the notion of trying tainted tea. Lemon or spices are meant to be EATEN not drunk, I thought. That, being, before I tried THIS tea. Muy delicioso! This tea tastes incredible. It has a lemony flavor that joins beautifully with the "chakra spices", with a base of green tea.
I like green tea for the health effects, but it's normally too subtle a flavor for my taste. The spice adds a lot of umph to it without completely negating the green taste.
A light green tea, with a nice spicy kick to it. Easily a favorite.
I'm not a big fan of green tea but I always try for new ways to enjoy its health benefits - this is a great way!
If you like chai, but are looking for something a little more subtle, then this is a good tea. It has the lite subtle flavor of green tea with a little spicy kick from the chai.
I enjoyed this one. I really like the Thai Chai much better, but this is a good green tea!
Good, but not as good as the classic masala chai. My husband and I tried it with milk and sugar (stevia in mine), and felt that the lighter taste was nice, but like it was trying to be masala, just not as strong.
Love this chai. I dont reach for it often though i think I like the masal chai better
Very good tea. Nice spiceness and very smooth. One of my favorite breakfast teas.
A Great base for homemade chai. I add milk, cardamom, ground pepper, fresh ginger, cinn, and some sugar and BOOM !
I really enjoyed this tea. Soothing and flavorful. Even my husband enjoyed it and he's not a green tea drinker.
I liked the milder and less bitter green tea of this chai blend. A good alternative to the thai chai.
My new favourite tea! Wonderfully aromatic and warming, but with a clean and refreshing finish.
This one has a nice and relaxing aroma. Everyone in my office enjoys it when I brew a cup!
Delicious and very spicy blend. It is nice to have a green tea based chai for times when you want to avoid a lot of caffiene.
The chai flavor in this is a little more subtle than any of the others, but for me, that makes this a great chai if you don't want to smother it in milkd and sugar.
Loved this chai. Had a nice mellow spice to it and it tastes good cold.
Not my favorite tea but it's good. I think it lacks a little bit of flavor.
Very nice green tea with a solid chai flavor (mostly taste the cinnamon). Definitely works well with milk.
The best green chai I've ever had, surpassing packaged teas and coffee-shop chai alike. Mild, but still quite flavorful and perfect with a little sugar and milk.
I love that this is a green chai. It has a nice light flavor without losing the spices.
Absolutely one of my favorite teas. Takes my love of green and chai tea and blends them perfectly.
I loved the kick! I used 20 grams per 32 oz and brewed it longer than the recommended 3 minutes. This was not over powering for me, but it is a tea I choose when I am in the mood for a combination of great spices.
This just became my new favorite from adagio. Great flavor (and as a bonus, makes the entire room smell good!).
This is good but was not exactly what I was looking for. It has some of the flavor of Chai Masala just becuase of the spice mix but with the green tea you should brew it at lower temperatures and for less time making the flavor of the spice get lost to get the tea flavor correct or going the other direction making the spice flavor come through at the expense of making the brew too bitter because it is green tea. Overall I would recommned giving it a try if you want a green tea with the chai spice mixture but do not brew it over 3 minutes or bitterness will result. I would error on the side of less is more for this one.
I wasn't sure how I'd like a green chai, but I was surprised by this. It's got a great chai feel to it and doesn't have an overly strong flavor...just a really good one.
I love it! My favorite from this website. There is a strong spice flavor and I love that.
Sadly, it's really not my favorite. It's good cold, but warm I only taste the spices, rather than the green tea and spice mix. I wish adagio had something midway between this and the spiced tea.
This tea smells like Christmas, so I'm glad I got it in late November, in time for the holidays. I expected an unpleasant bite to this, which was the case with bagged chai I bought at the grocery store awhile back. This didn't have it though, so I really like it.
I love chai, this one seems a bit weak, but going in knowing you're drinking a green tea helps. It is good, but I'm not sure I would get it again.
I'm sure someone who likes cloves more than I do will love this one, but it's just not what I like in a chai tea. The cloves were extremely overpowering in my opinion.
very cinnamonny taste, overpowers tea flavor. too spicy for my liking.
This is my favorite of Adagio's chai varieties. I love the bold spices and the way they blend together into an aromatic and delicious tea. I love the fresh spiced feel it leaves on my tongue after I have taken a sip. I have tried all the chai varieties now and this one stands out for me as the most enjoyable flavor and scent, I enjoy inhaling the steam from the cup almost as much as I do taking a sip!
Grean tea with chai spice. If you like masala chai you'll love this.
This tea reminds me of good apple cider without the apple notes. It harkens back to drinking cider while picking apples on chilly autumn mornings or when I would sip on something warm after playing in the first snow of the season. This is an excellent tea for fall or winter or for when you wish to feel a bit nostalgic during the summer months.
I was excited and a bit curious to try a green chai. This tea is good when steeped according to directions. I tried making a stovetop chai with it, but the flavor was completely lost. I tried just adding honey and milk after the steep with the same results. As a spiced tea, it is very good, but for making chai (with milk and sweetner) it doesn't really work.
The spices in this tea are bold and strong, both in aroma and taste. Though there are a large number of different flavors, all of them seem to mesh into one well balanced cup of tea.
Very good and pleasant taste. It tastes mostly like a regular chai to me which if you enjoy you'll certainly enjoy this as well. I haven't tried any other chais from Adagio yet to make any comparisons but definatly recommand this one.
Personally I just brew it and then add honey and some milk as I do with all my black teas.
