★★★★★

I really enjoyed the chocolaty undertones of this chai tea.

★★★☆☆

Too sweet and very little spice coming through on this one

★★★★★

Delicious! With a little bit of half and half, it substitutes for dessert!

★★★☆☆

Great desert tea! Just right amount of chocolate taste.

★★☆☆☆

Cloying and artificial. Does not take sugar or milk well but is barely drinkable alone.

★★★★★

Oh my. This is a fabulous chai. It's chocolate taste is well balanced without being sweet, bitter, or cloying. Also does not have that 'dirty' quality some chocolate teas have. Such a treat!

★★★☆☆

Not my Favorite Chai by far it was just ok I like my Chai with lots of flavor and this one was very bland

★★★★★

One of my favorite. The chocolate isn't artificial or over-bearing, it's just the right amount, almost a smokey cocoa flavor.

★★★☆☆

It was a good tea! I am still searching for my perfect tea.

★★★★★

Wow. I...just--wow. Chai is something I really enjoy all by itself, but mixing it with chocolate was probably one of the greatest ideas ever. It's like being able to enjoy spiced hot chocolate as a tea. This is probably one of my favorite things I have bought from Adagio yet.

★★★★★

One of the best chai tea's I've had. It was sweet and full of flavor, but not overly flavorful. Perfect!

★★★☆☆

I don't know. I wasn't wild about this one and I thought I would be. Tastes weak to me, even using two very heaping tsp. per cup. I'll stick to Masala and Vanilla Rooibos Chai.

★★★★★

Absolutely perfect! sweet and chocolaty with a hint of that chai spice. great with milk or cream.

★★★★★

I love adagio teas and their ability to really surprise me on just how wonderful the flavor is to some of their more unusual teas. I'd never heard of chocolate chai before, and as I'm typically not fond of chocolate tea in general I really didn't know if this would be a hit or miss. I received this as a free sample, and prepared it with a splash of milk and half a teaspoon of sugar. It reminded me of Spanish hot chocolate, with just a hint of the chocolate flavor and more of a chai taste.

This may not be for everyone, but if you enjoy dark, spicy teas, this will hit the spot. It's my favorite chai for that reason -- it's not all spice with just a bit of tea. The chocolate gives it a rich flavor body that offsets and compliments the traditional chai spices beautifully.

★★☆☆☆

Not my cup of tea. I love chocolate and I love chai, but it just didn't delight my taste buds.

★★★★★

A smooth and mild blend with nice chocolate flavor with just enough spice.

★★★★★

This tea had me skeptical at first, but I truly love this tea!

★★★☆☆

I am not sure what I expected from chocolate chai, but this one does not really taste like chocolate.

★★★★☆

Nice, chocolatey flavor, with just enough spice behind it. A warming cup of sweetness, almost a snack in itself.

★★★★★

An excellent take on chai, very enjoyable. I bought bags and found that two bags were necessary to get the strength I prefer, but I like a strong chai.

★★★★★

A friend of mine who loves chocolate commented on this tea and I got it as a gift to give to her.

★★★★★

So good and clean! No after taste it is like a special treat all by itself add milk and sweetener and it is even better!

Doesn't taste like chocolate at all. Very bitter. One of the worst teas I have ever tasted.

★★★★☆

This is a really nice desert tea with a good chocolate flavor.

★★★★☆

Good, but might not be one of my favorites. This is my go to tea when I want something a little spicy.

★★★★☆

Chocolate chai is good, it's got a lovely chocolate taste accompanying the usual spices of a chai tea.

★★★★☆

Rich, full bodied flavor with nice spicy hints under the smooth chocolate scent.

★★★★☆

This is a really smooth chai with just enough chocolate flavor to be delicious but not overpowering.

★★★★★

I drink it without adding milk and it brings relaxation to me!

★★★☆☆

I like chocolate and I like chai. Turns out that doesn't mean I will enjoy then mixed together. It wasn't bad but the combination of flavors just wasn't working for me.

★★★★★

Very noticeable chocolate flavor--a great option if you like the spiciness of chai, a little toned down.

★★★★☆

I really enjoyed this chai. It was a great combination of chocolate and spice.

★★★★★

Amazing! Add milk or creamer to make it a chocolate chai latte!

★★★★★

The chocolate chai was really good with a very smoothe and sweet taste.

★★★★☆

A smooth and mild blend of ginger, cloves, and cinnamon with subtle chocolate flavor. I decided on 4 stars instead of 5 since I'd like a more pronounced chocolate flavor. But it does make a lovely cup of tea with a little sugar and milk.

This is my go to morning tea. Lovely chocolate boost, without being overly sweet

★★★★☆

Overall this is as very nice Chai. Well balanced and the chocolate leaves a lingering taste. It could use a bit more chocolate though, I may experiment with adding more on my next cup. It is an extremely relaxing tea though. I drank it before bed and passed out shortly thereafter.

★★★★☆

Very good. Sometimes I add cloves to it because it is not as strong as a masala chair from an Indian tea house.

★★★★☆

The flavor has a bit too much coconut for me but you can also taste the chocolate in it.I probably will not order again because I don't like coconut much but it is a good quality.

Scent heavy, but a bit light in flavor. Makes a mellow chai that's quite tasty.

★★★★☆

This is a nice chocolate chai. It is more of a cocoa flavor rather than a true chocolate and the spicing is very, very nice. It's definitely a more adult chocolate flavor. Not sure I'll get this again as I think I like my chai a bit more plain but it wasn't bad.

This is absolutely the BEST tea I have ever tasted. I have and will continue to reorder this brand..you have a confirmed customer!

★★★★☆

This tea isn't quite what I expected, but it's quite delicious none-the-less! Earthy, fragrant, and spicy.

★★★★☆

I like this very much. It is a great winter tea!!

★★★★★

Don't care for it every day but good on those winter afternoons when the wind and snow are howling around the windows.

★★★★☆

This is a tasty blend, though less chocolatey than I had hoped (though other reviewers say they love the chocolate flavor, so it may just be my palate.) The spices are very mellow, and everything marries together very nicely with some cream.

★★★★☆

I like the chocolate and the chai mix but it needs more chocolate

★★★★☆

It like a dessert tea, especially with some of the liquid Stevia flavors to sweeten.

★★★☆☆

This tea is ok... I got it in the one of the 4 packs of chai teas. I just do not like chocolate teas. BUT of all the chocolate teas I have tried this one was my favorite.
