Oh my. This is a fabulous chai. It's chocolate taste is well balanced without being sweet, bitter, or cloying. Also does not have that 'dirty' quality some chocolate teas have. Such a treat!

Wow. I...just--wow. Chai is something I really enjoy all by itself, but mixing it with chocolate was probably one of the greatest ideas ever. It's like being able to enjoy spiced hot chocolate as a tea. This is probably one of my favorite things I have bought from Adagio yet.

I don't know. I wasn't wild about this one and I thought I would be. Tastes weak to me, even using two very heaping tsp. per cup. I'll stick to Masala and Vanilla Rooibos Chai.

I love adagio teas and their ability to really surprise me on just how wonderful the flavor is to some of their more unusual teas. I'd never heard of chocolate chai before, and as I'm typically not fond of chocolate tea in general I really didn't know if this would be a hit or miss. I received this as a free sample, and prepared it with a splash of milk and half a teaspoon of sugar. It reminded me of Spanish hot chocolate, with just a hint of the chocolate flavor and more of a chai taste.
This may not be for everyone, but if you enjoy dark, spicy teas, this will hit the spot. It's my favorite chai for that reason -- it's not all spice with just a bit of tea. The chocolate gives it a rich flavor body that offsets and compliments the traditional chai spices beautifully.

The chocolate chai was really good with a very smoothe and sweet taste.
A smooth and mild blend of ginger, cloves, and cinnamon with subtle chocolate flavor. I decided on 4 stars instead of 5 since I'd like a more pronounced chocolate flavor. But it does make a lovely cup of tea with a little sugar and milk.

Overall this is as very nice Chai. Well balanced and the chocolate leaves a lingering taste. It could use a bit more chocolate though, I may experiment with adding more on my next cup. It is an extremely relaxing tea though. I drank it before bed and passed out shortly thereafter.
Very good. Sometimes I add cloves to it because it is not as strong as a masala chair from an Indian tea house.
The flavor has a bit too much coconut for me but you can also taste the chocolate in it.I probably will not order again because I don't like coconut much but it is a good quality.

This is a nice chocolate chai. It is more of a cocoa flavor rather than a true chocolate and the spicing is very, very nice. It's definitely a more adult chocolate flavor. Not sure I'll get this again as I think I like my chai a bit more plain but it wasn't bad.

This is a tasty blend, though less chocolatey than I had hoped (though other reviewers say they love the chocolate flavor, so it may just be my palate.) The spices are very mellow, and everything marries together very nicely with some cream.

This tea is ok... I got it in the one of the 4 packs of chai teas. I just do not like chocolate teas. BUT of all the chocolate teas I have tried this one was my favorite.
