These "Mini Green Oolong Cakes" are made from the grower's special blend of a Yunnan pu-erh cultivar and a transplanted Taiwan Jinxuan cultivar that is better known as the source of milk oolong. The leaves are very lightly roasted to bring out a soft sweetness yet leaving the floral notes of a greener oolong intact. Notes of spring flowers mingled with hint of citrus mark this tea as an early spring treat.
