Enjoy the teas you love at regular intervals with our auto-delivery program. To get started, please visit the auto-delivery page in your account. Select any tea from your list of favorites and let us know how often you would like it to arrive. You'll save 5% with your first order and your savings will grow with each subsequent shipment, up to a total of 15% on all items selected.
We make it easy to update all of your shipping addresses. Please visit the shipping address page in your account. To avoid the confusion of selecting an address that's no longer valid, we encourage you to delete these whenever possible.
change email address
We make it easy to update the email address that serves as your login. Please visit the email page in your account. All aspects of your account, including order history, blends made, and points accumulated, will transfer automatically.
Your wishlist is a great way to remind yourself or even others of what looks good to you! To add something to your wishlist, visit its page and click 'add to wishlist' underneath the pricing on the right-hand side.
If you can't recall your password, we'll gladly email it to you. Please visit the forgot your password? page on the account login page. The missing info will arrive within seconds.
We make it convenient for you to see what teas your friends enjoy. Adding them to your friends list is a great way to do just that. We have created two easy ways to add people to your friends list.
You may also visit the friends list page in your account. You can enter your friend's name or email on the bottom of the page and we'll try to find them for you. If your friends do not have an account with us, tell them to sign up!
- If you are reading a review and really like someone's taste, you can easily friend this person by clicking on his or her name and selecting the 'add friend' button.
All of your order history is securely stored on our server. If you want us to refresh your memory about what you ordered last week, last month, or even last year just visit order history on your account page. Click on each order to view the items selected, the price paid, or the address where the order shipped.
We try to be parsimonious with our announcements of special offers and promotions. However, if you wish not to receive these, we make opting out very easy. Visit communications on your account page.
change billing details
We made it simple for you to change any information pertaining to your account. If you need to update your billing information, all you have to do is visit the billing information page in your account. The changes will be reflected instantly on your account.
change name or icon
If you would like to change the name that we greet you with, simply visit the personal info page in your account. Here you may also upload a photo that will serve as your icon throughout the site.
Some aspects of your account, like order history, we can't delete, as we're required to retain these for accounting purposes. However, you're welcome to delete any personal details, like mailing addresses and credit card numbers. Please visit your account page to remove these details from our system
