Select any tea from your list of favorites and let us know how often you would like it to arrive. You'll save 5% with your first order and your savings will grow by 1% with each subsequent shipment, up to a total of 15% on all items selected.
However, please note that if an item is removed from auto-delivery, its associated discount is reset to 5%. We recommend delaying your auto-delivery shipment rather than removing the items, for this reason.
We make it easy to update all of your shipping addresses. Please visit the shipping address page in your account. To avoid the confusion of selecting an address that's no longer valid, we encourage you to delete these whenever possible.
We make it easy to update the email address that serves as your login. Please visit the email page in your account. All aspects of your account, including order history, blends made, and points accumulated, will transfer automatically.
Your wishlist is a great way to remind yourself, or even others, of what looks good to you! To add a product to your wishlist, visit its page, hover over a product, and then click the "heart" button next to the item you would like to add to your wishlist.
If you would like to merge two or more accounts, go to your account page and scroll down to the bottom where it says
merge accounts. Click on the merge button and type in the email address of the alternate account. We will send you an email to confirm that you wish to merge these two accounts.
We make it convenient for you to see what teas your friends enjoy. Adding them to your friends list is a great way to do just that. We have created two easy ways to add people to your friends list.
You may also visit the friends list page in your account. You can enter your friend's name or email on the bottom of the page and we'll try to find them for you. If your friends do not have an account with us, tell them to sign up!
If you are reading a review and really like someone's taste, you can easily friend this person by clicking on his or her name and selecting the 'add friend' button.
All of your order history is securely stored on our server. If you want us to refresh your memory about what you ordered last week, last month, or even last year just visit order history on your account page. Click on each order to view the items selected, the price paid, or the address where the order shipped.
We made it simple for you to change any information pertaining to your account. If you need to update your billing information, all you have to do is
visit the billing information page in your account. The changes will be reflected instantly on your account.
Some aspects of your account, like order history, we can't delete, as we're required to retain these for accounting purposes. However, you're welcome to delete any personal details, like mailing addresses and credit card numbers. Please visit your account page to remove these details from our system
