Making a Tea to represent the tea master himself was definitely no easy task and given Irohs Favorite tea is Ginseng and his tea house is the Jasmine Dragon I knew both needed to be present in this blend while I like many am not a huge fan of Rooibos it is the only way to get Jasmine into the blend. I also felt like gunpowders subtle smokiness was a perfect embodiment of the calm wise firebender the safflower petals are mainly for color but also ad a bit of earthiness to the tea
