I really like the flavor of hibiscus. At first, I was just going to make a super-hibiscus blend - essentially, the regular hibiscus flavored tea with extra scoops of the flower for more of a floral punch - but I got inspired to do something a little more complex. With its green base, this is a little different than my usual black or white based blends, but the gently grassy undertone should form a congenial foundation for the medley of tart, tangy, potent flavors it's paired with. Hibiscus marries pomegranate, cranberry, rosehip, wild cherry, and raspberry (both fruit and leaves), with a dash of apple bits for balance and sweetness. If you like sweet-and-sour flavor profiles, this tea is for you.
