A soothing blend for digestive distress. Kukicha has cachins which spur the release of pepsin, and is low in caffiene. Chamomile calms pain and is antispasmodic. Lemongrass soothes the lining of the stomach and has historically been used for stomach ailments. Ginger calms nausea and is a motion sickness remedy.
I add a teaspoon of kuzu root first dissolved in cold water.
