Nearly medicinal, a humble, vegetal tea that is somber, yet energizing. A calming presence lingers underneath a smokescreen of bitter green tea. Earthiness and notes of spinach and cabbage highlighted by a slight charred aroma. Well balanced and finely disciplined. Respectfully traditional, ritualistic by nature.
