Sometimes not just any tea will do when enjoying good sushi. This blend is the perfect complement to sushi next to sake;) Kukicha takes the lead of this blend giving it a nutty and mellow but balanced flavor. The addition of stems gives this blend a sweet, white sesame seed or chestnut note. Hojicha is a roasted green tea with a toasted, slightly mesquite flavor. Hojicha rounds out this duo with an earthy quality and smooth finish.
