An Irish breakfast starts the day, which ends in a haze of red wine, old books, and cigarettes. Since we don't have a tobacco inclusion I went with Apple and Spice Chai for the old books, Cranberry for the wine, and red peppercorns for Bernard's trademark bitterness towards his customers.
