Primarily coconut, with some decaf raspberry and a little decaf cream to slightly smooth out the astringency. For us, the coconut is most noticeable in the first steeping (3 minutes at 212F), and the tartness from the raspberry shows up around the edges and in the aftertaste. Then in the second steeping (5 minutes at 212F), those two reverse themselves somehow. :)
