'Well, something sure the hell ain't right.' Located on the very edge of the 'verse, Miranda was once a large and thriving society, but it was plagued with civil unrest. The Alliance government decided to test a chemical called 'The Pax' which was intended to calm the population and weed out aggression, but but instead most of Miranda's inhabitants stopped everything. Including staying alive. This blend is extremely soothing, in the spirit of the tranquility the Alliance was hoping for, but failed to attain.
