Uj'alayi, or uj cake, is a favorite dessert on Mandalore - and anything that's sweet enough to melt the heart of a Mandalorian MUST be good. Forest berries mingle with a hint of almond, spice, and hazelnut. Mildly spicy, but most certainly sweet - this tea is best with a dash of milk.
