Creating a tea to have just before bed, I put the naturally good Rooibos and highlighted it with Spearmint. This tea ends up being good no matter what. Hot or Cold, Strait or with a little bit of sugar crystals. But best of all Caffeine Free!

I was playing around with teas when I first started and this ended up being one of my favorites. I usually drink this just before bed with nothing added. But it is a nice treat after dinner when you add some sugar crystals when brewing.
