This blend was my attempt to recreate the Irish Stout blend sold around St. Patrick's Day, using a blend of black teas and cocoa nibs. I didn't quite get there, but did end up with a robust, rich black tea with hints of chocolate, and an undertone of bitterness perhaps more akin to coffee. If you like a strong black tea with a splash of milk, this blend makes a great cuppa.
