Inspired by Takeru Totsuka from 'Kamigami no Asobi.' His was probably the most difficult to think of, as his favorite food is soba. Green teas, of course, pair well with soba, but so do citrusy flavors. So I thought a slightly dry, bitey green tea with lemon notes would work.
