To evoke the warm, exotic, tropical island that is Maui I blended Passion Fruit tea, a native flavor of the island, with Thai Chai to recall the strong influence of the far East. I then added an undercurrent of warm vanilla, a spice grown on the island, and a dash of coconut to recall the beautiful beaches.
