Spicy, herbal yerba mate is the main player in this blend, mixed with slightly sweet rooibos giving the tea its red color. Inspired by the prickly pears that pepper the mountainside, wild strawberries give the tea a mild fruity flavor. The tea finishes with apricot pieces (see story).
