My great aunt Izzy used to make an amazing cookie that had chocolate and coconut baked in, with a smear of fresh strawberry jam on top. Eating these on the beach or in the backyard with breakfast made up a good portion of my childhood. This tea uses the flavors of her cookies to create a very sweet and smooth dessert tea.
