Dabi, or well. Touya, is a very complex individual. At times he can be aloof, yet tenacious, stubborn, and ambitious, while others he can be derisive and unhinged. Hes a dark and moody character which is why I went with deep, earthy, bold and toasted flavors like bergamot, chocolate, mocha, caramel, hazelnut and spice. There is a hint of blueberry in the mix as a nod to young Touya, but also a joke as blueberries are an anti inflammatory. Touyas flowers are Rindou, or Autumn Bellflowers. His mothers favorite. Initially I was going to have it be dried snapdragons, as they look like skulls, but I couldnt bring myself to tear him away from the Rindou.
