Although I have never been a big coffee fan, my one weakness was a Caramel Macchiato. Served hot or iced I couldn't get enough. After discovering the beautifully flavored caramel and cream black teas I had thought to myself...finally a reason to ditch my last link to coffee! By adding in the wonderful flavor of Irish Breakfast Tea I had created a true tea replacement that even a coffee lover would fall for, and with the addition of a rich frothy milk topping I had even managed to top the coffee counterpart.
