This blend smells and tastes like amazing, fresh, delicious, white cake. JUST LIKE CAKE - except not. The vanilla and lemon flavors play off each other to create taste bud nirvana. I love drinking this with a bit of non-dairy vanilla coffee creamer (dairy will curdle in this blend) ... and a teaspoon of maraschino cherry juice (and that last addition is what prompted me to include cherries as an accent.)
