I decided to redo Margaret's tea because the mild cinnamon/caramel wasn't doing it for me. I recently discovered I enjoy a little lavender in certain teas, so while Thornton's earl grey is citrusy, Margaret's is floral. It's got a bit of the cream tea to balance the blend...but we musn't forget those Helstone roses!!
