This tea will surely calm you down and get you ready for sleep. This tea is made up of a little earl grey lavender and half earl grey moonlight with a bit of chamomile. Lavender has been known to have a calming aroma and taste, plus the chamomile will definitely make you ready to fall into a peaceful sleep.
