This series celebrates and pays homage to The Prophecy of the Stones by Flavia Bujor, one of the main books that got me through an abusive childhood and very dark times in my life. It's a young adult book written by a (then) 14 year old girl, and while it shows in some of the tropes? It's still a pretty great adventure story. I think it's worth a read, even as an adult.
