Have you picked your CLOUD card, from CT pics? How cool is the shape?! These are sleepytime suggestion cards that a friend gifted me, to use in my healingwork practice and group therapy. OK ~ Blissful Bedtime Card REVEAL: 1) Spray a Lavender oil mist that you make yourself on your Pillow...or choose other relaxing oils to diffuse or to place in a mist bottle...or crystal elixir smudge sprays, for bedtime spritzing, on self & pillows. 2) Create a relaxing bedtime routine, or upkeep practices which support unwinding and becoming less over-stimulated by technology and blue light. 3) Keep your sleeping space: cool, cozy, dark, quiet and conducive for deep sleep. 4) Incorporate scented bedtime rituals...such as lotions, candles or incense with oils and herbs supportive to relaxing and sleep. 5) Enjoy some examples of sleepy herbs and teas: Lavender, Chamomile, Slumbering Sloth, 40 winks, Blue Lotus, Passionflower, Skullcap, Magnolia, Valerian root teas, as you can, to help with relaxing and sleep. 6)Enjoy reading, a warm bath, ambient music, total body relaxation meditation, special lighting projectors, journaling... Before bed--to assist with relaxation. 7) Try Deep Breathing exercises and Vagal Nerve Relaxation Practices to allow for Ventral-state relaxation, before bedtime, to reduce stress and promote rest. 8)Journal before bed to clear your mind of thoughts of the day. Enjoy dream journaling & Gratitude inventorying, if you haven't been doing this or would like to. 9) Try a Weighted Blanket, lap pads, Squishmallow heating pads or long soft, squishy pillows... if you haven't tried these items yet or imploy other stim's & practices toward promoting security and cozyness.
