Spearmint gives this tea a cool and refreshing texture while chamomile creates a pleasant relaxing sensation. I've always been fond of how well chamomile and mint blend together, and decided upon spearmint because it's minty without being too much so and of course, chamomile to give it a nice balance.
Perfect for a long day of work or some down time in between projects.
