I've never had a mincemeat pie, so I cannot say if this tastes like one. However, It was certainly inspired by them since Morgantha's Dream Pastries are modeled after them! This tea is crafted on a base of pu-erh and rounded out with a bit more body from the black tea and a subtle sweetness from the rooibos. Berry, currant, hazelnut (couldn't find a way to incorporate nutmeg), cinnamon, vanilla, subtle fruit flavors come together to evoke the flavors you might find in a mince pie. This is a rich, heavier tea.
