Strahd von Zarovich is one of the greatest villains in Dungeons and Dragons history. Part of me wanted just say that *Blood* Orange was a perfect pairing for our Count and call it a day. However, my taste buds knew we had to add some more depth to properly represent this wonderful villain. Starting off with a chocolaty Pu-Erh to tie him in to our Barovia blend, he's paired with the Blood Orange tea for an extra zing of citrus flavor along with deeper coloration. The blend is finished off with just a hint of spice from a small amount of the Chocolate Chai Pu-Erh. The color of this tea when brewed is a rich amber red... not quite blood-like as Strahd might prefer, but really unique and beautiful in its own right.

This collection started off with six blends, intended just for my players and me, but quickly intensified into a rather serious passion project. I got completely carried away creating fan art in tea form for the NPCs that I’ve gotten to know quite well while DMing the Curse of Strahd. I wanted to share that love with others who also enjoy this unique world. Each blend has been crafted with the character in mind, as well as with consideration for how it fits into the collection as a whole. I personally enjoy my teas gently steeped without milk, sugar, etc., so unless stated otherwise, each has been created and tested with the intent to drink them as is. However, you can of course prepare them how you like!
