Whether hot or iced, though let's face it... your kids like iced tea, this is the tea for you. Decaf blueberry and caffeine free lemon grass with a very low caffeine ginseng green together makes a very delicious, almost punch resembling drink. Sweeten it a little, the green tea still lowers blood sugar so there are no ill effects to drinking such a delight.

Ginseng does have the ability to keep you awake, but not nearly to the level of caffeine. Ginseng does however, promote healthy brain function and support strong development among kids, and even adults. This tea has about 1.5% the caffeine of coffee, which is too little to effect your sleep habits, and it's just delicious.
