A wee leprechaun snuck his way into our warehouse and blended some of his Irish luck together with our tea. Celebrate this St. Patrick's day with a different kind of brew, our Limited Edition Irish Stout tea, blended with Assam and Ceylon teas, cocoa nibs, chocolate and creme flavors and topped off with shamrock shaped sprinkles. Add a splash of milk or cream and you soon be singing "Erin Go Bragh"! Look for the teapot at the end of this particular rainbow!

On St Patrick's Day, wearing shamrocks, green clothing or green accessories is traditional (the "wearing of the green"). The color is associated with Catholics in Ireland, while orange is the color associated with Protestant Christians. St. Patrick is said to have used the shamrock's shape, a three-leaved plant, to explain the Holy Trinity to the pagan Irish. This story first appears in writing around 1726.
