"The handle of this cup is too small for the body. The cup without tea in it is lightweight, but as soon as it's filled with tea it becomes very uncomfortable, borderline painful to hold. I can only fit my index finger through the handle slot, causing most of the cup's weight to rest on my middle finger. With hot tea it makes it even more cumbersome. If you're trying to choose which tea cup to get, buy the 14oz tea mug. It's a lot more solid and holds more than the jumbo mug, plus it's the perfect fit with the ingenuiTea, this jumbo cup has a pretty flawed design. The only thing worthy about it is it looks nice. "
