This tea is designed to help the person suffering from a cold,sore throat, or just a feeling of malaise. White tea has the most antioxidants, peppermint and lemongrass help with allergies or sickness. Lavender is added for its cold fighting properties. You can also add (from your own cupboard) ginger, cinnamon, chamomile, blueberries, cloves, or orange peels. Each of these are great immune boosters for your perfect cup of immunity-tea!
