This tea celebrates Diana's New England roots with notes of chestnut and cranberry, coupled with a touch of rose from a summer garden. This caffeinated tea blend includes black tea, natural flavors, and rose petals and hips. The Proctors brew this for 5 minutes at 212F to draw out the rich flavors and scents. I like this with milk and honey, but it makes a great pick-me-up drink when iced. This signature blend was created by Deb Harkness to celebrate the places and characters of the All Souls Series and is part of a curated collection of teas for her readers.
