This one is for Gallowglass fans--smoky, robust, with cocoa nibs and hazelnut for that comforting hug we all love. Like the high seas where Gallowglass is most at home, this is a bracing and warming brew that will put you beside a cozy peat fire listening to the Gael's stories.
Notes:
* 2 minutes steep time unless you are extra brawny
* the smoky aroma is stronger than the smoky taste
* without sweetener, this is like Gallowglass in a storm. If you want a gentler experience, add the sweetener of your choice
* adding a splash of your favorite milk will make it even more mellow
