Masala is a mixture of spices in Indian cuisine. The blend has been changed to include the Masala Chai and add a little Ginseng. I hope this blend helped influence Adagio's decision to start carrying a 'Masala Chai' which was so desperately missing until now. At least I'd like to think so ;)
