An experimental blend for menstrual cramps. Hibiscus is known to help with cramps, as is raspberry leaf. I'm guessing straight raspberries are not so effective since everyone always specifies raspberry leaf, but I figured I'd add it for flavor. Now that we have inclusions, I've added an extra scoop of hibiscus and a scoop of raspberry leaves. This tea is still in the testing phase.
