The 'Classic' Blend of Moroccan Mint Tea, which is comprised of Peppermint leaves and Gunpowder Tea. In truth, traditional Moroccan tea is usually only mint with a LOT of sugar. To enjoy this tea Tunisian style, simply add unsalted peanuts to the brew while infusing.

While Casablanca Twist remains one of my favorite teas, my family was compelled to try the 'real' Moroccan Mint Tea. I just hope their teeth can take the incredible amount of sugar the recipe calls for (several teaspoons of sugar per cup)! Enjoy with your loved ones.
