These are all flavored Black teas, so they do have a good amount of caffeine. Definitely not recommended to have before bedtime!

Hello Andrea! You'll be happy to learn that most of our varieties contain 0 calories. Herbal blends that include many fruit pieces may contain 5-7 calories in an 8oz cup. Tea blends that include candy cane pieces or chocolate chips will contain about 8-12

Hello William! You'll be happy to learn that we do not add sugar or other sweeteners to any of our teas (the only exception being the 'sweet matcha' sticks and liquid chai concentrates).

Hello Maria! We do not add sugar or sweeteners (the only exceptions are 'sweet matcha' sticks, liquid chai concentrates, and teas with chocolate/white chocolate chips and sprinkles).
