"I researched electric kettles and all roads seemed to lead back to the utiliTEA. After using the kettle for about a week I can see why. Water boils very quickly, the handle stays completely cool and the pour spout is easily the best I've used. The 360 base is another stand-out feature as the kettle doesn't have to be re-aligned to the base when you're done pouring. It boils the perfect amount of water in my view (2-3 LARGE cups worth) and I love the on/off lever design. I was dubious that I really needed an electric kettle to replace my stove-top workhorse, now I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to pick this up."

"It took me a few months of internal debate to decide to buy this. SO glad I finally made it happen! Not the perfect electric kettle but you can't beat the price or convenience. Exact temp controls would be nice but that can be found on kettles over twice as expensive. Would love an audible indication once it shuts off. Has a nice controlled pour.
