Description

Picture yourself on a boat on a river with Tangerine tea and, well, that's all you'll need! For a relaxing afternoon retreat, there is simply no better treat than Adagio's delicious Tangerine tea. Combining the sweetly citrus flavor of tangerines with the bright, full taste of premium Ceylon black tea, you're sure to see diamonds in the sky!

Story

Tangerine is the common name for a variety of Mandarin orange. The name tangerine comes from Tangier, Morocco, the port from which the first tangerines were shipped to Europe in 1841. Throughout history, tangerines have been breeded with many other fruits. The most interesting hybrids include tangelos (tangerine and grapefruit), tangors (tangerine and orange) and tangtangelos (tangerine and tangelo). Another popular descendant of the tangerine is the Clementine, a seedless, sweeter version of the fruit that is easy to peel that is a "darling" at the holidays.

"Very nice sweet and distinct flavour. I was afraid it would be too sour but it has a perfect amount of kick to it. Recommend!"

"After I had the mango black tea I was expecting a lot from the tangerine. Unfortunately there is far too little tangerine and it becomes an average black tea. I won't get it again."

"Strong black tea flvaor which overpowers almost all hints of tangerine. I would not reccomend if you are looking for a citrus flavor but it tastes good over ice."

"This tea was a bit too strong for my taste. Mixed with regular black tea it was alright."
