I wish it came with better instructions, since I'm still not sure what the 1 and 2 switch does (I assume one is for 180 and one is for 212, but I don't really know which is which). I love that it keeps my tea hot and I can make 32 ounces at a time. I expect this summer to use this a lot to make numerous pitchers of iced tea!"

"This Trinitea is an improvement over the previous model. The glass pitcher now has a spout that doesn't spill when pouring. Additionally, it has an option allowing me to make my white tea at a lower temperature. My first Trinitea was used twice a day, nearly every day, for five years. No problems. I cannot see why anyone would opt to buy the competitive tea maker at a price 300% higher than the reliable Trinitea. One note: purchase a replacement glass pitcher. Like all glassware, it will eventually get broken, and it's a pain when you can't use this machine until a replacement arrives in the mail."

"the order was filled incorrectly and I recieved the glass pitcher instead. The company responded quickly and sent out a replacement order. I paid for second day air on my original order and was not given that on the replacement shipment. I am pleased that they did not require me to return the pitcher as I hate going to the post office. So i suppose I forgive them. :) "

"I've had the triniTEA tea maker for about a week, and I can't say enough good things about it. I work from home, and prior to having the triniTEA maker I would often end up with oversteeped, undrinkable tea because I would be in the middle of somthing urgent when the tea timer went off. At the other end, I'd end up with cold tea that I'd have to heat up in the microwave if I didn't make just one cup at a time. The triniTEA has saved me from all of that; I brew four cups in the morning and four in the afternoon and I'm good to go all day long."
