A blend of chocolate chai and caramel flavored black tea, with a bit more chai than caramel. Having had this flavor in tea bags before, I thought it would be even better using Adagio's higher quality teas. FYI, I normally drink chais quite sweet and at least sometimes with milk, so you may want to try this that way, too, and personally, I normally steep at 212 for 5 minutes since I like strong tea.
